Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trevesto, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use Trevesto. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You may register with email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. If you sign in with Apple, your name and email are securely provided via Apple Authentication Services.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription terms, duration, and pricing are displayed in-app before purchase.
• Payments and subscriptions are managed via the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

5. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings > Delete Account section of the app.
• Deletion is permanent and will remove all associated data.

6. Content & Community

• Trevesto may allow you to post content (e.g., posts, comments). You agree not to post illegal, offensive, or abusive content.
• Users can flag inappropriate content. We will review and remove objectionable content within 24 hours and may suspend offending users.

7. Data & Privacy

• Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and stored.
• Your data may be processed to provide AI-powered insights and trading tools.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in Trevesto and its content are owned by Trevesto Ltd or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Trevesto provides educational tools and market analysis but does not offer financial advice or investment recommendations.
• All information is provided “as is.” Trevesto Ltd is not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted in-app.
